Pueblo, CO: Following a month-long investigation into a late July assault and robbery by a Pueblo County Sheriff’s Special Investigation and Narcotics detective led to the arrest Wednesday of a 23-year-old man. Carl D. Crowder was arrested on a warrant for aggravated robbery and third-degree assault in connection with the July 31 incident where an 18-year-old man was pistol whipped and robbed of clothing near Stockyard Road and S. LaCrosse Avenue, just outside the city limits.
