Pueblo, CO: The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office has been notified, per Colorado law, that Paul Roque Herrera, 55, is relocating May 8 from Denver and will live in Pueblo West. Herrera was convicted of sexual exploitation/child-induce/entice (F3) and sexual assault on a child by a person in position of trust (victim under the age of 15)(F3). Herrera has met the criteria to be deemed a sexually violent predator, which requires community notification.
