Detectives Investigating After Human Remains Found in Avondale Field

Pueblo, CO:  The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office continues an investigation after human remains were found Sunday morning in a field in the Avondale area of Eastern Pueblo County. Sheriff’s deputies responded at about 11:15 a.m. to a field in the 3500 block of 36th Lane after the property owner reported what he believed were human bones on the property. After it was determined the remains were that of a human, detectives were called out and took over the investigation.
